VENTNOR R.F.C. SCHOOL TOUR 2008

Dear parent/guardian/lover
Your son/lover has been selected to represent the school of Ventnor Rugby Club on it inaugural tour of Belper in Derbyshire. They will be required to abide by school and tour rules at all times and accept any punishment for bad behaviour with good grace and gratitude. A kit list will be supplied before the tour commences. A photograph of your child/lover from their youth is also required. Please can you sign and return the consent form by Friday the 25th of April 2008.
