Kate Martin's VRFC Fund Raiser
Kate Martin, who is not only Dave Martin's wife but also Wuzzy Godden's daughter (a new definition of a double-whammy if ever there was one) has very generously come up with a fund raising iniative which she describes below.
Dear V.R.F.C Members
I was bought up to love rugby and hate football. I loved watching my dad play rugby (Wuzzy Godden, one of the founding members) and I think he was happier than me when I married a Ventnor player – Dave Martin! So I would love to raise money to help make the club house a warm & pleasant place to be(!)
