Ventnor RFC teams’ 2023-24 season starts this Saturday away to Portsmouth RFC
This Saturday, 16th September 2023, both teams travel to Portsmouth RFC for fixtures where Ventnor’s 1st XV play Portsmouth 2nds (Hampshire Counties Three League) and Ventnor’s 2nd XV play Portsmouth 3rds (Hampshire Counties Five League).
Coaches Jason, Fergus, Clive and Neil are looking for strong starts to both campaigns after excellent attendance and progress in training throughout the pre-season.
There have been 40 players putting their hands up to travel so we can expect powerful squads for both games which is to the credit of the respective skippers – Jewy Jones and Jack Rushton.
If any supporters want to travel with the lads, let me know and I will see if there’s space.
