Clubroom Hire

The Ventnor RFC clubroom is available for hire for functions, events and celebrations. We offer the clubroom for hire for events and celebrations (including birthday parties, but generally not 18th or 21st birthday parties).

We can offer clubroom hire for birthdays, anniversaries, business meetings and conferences, club/organisation meetings and fitness classes to name a few.

We are happy to discuss any event or function you would like to hold at the club and whether it can be accommodated. Ample parking is also available at the club ground.

Normal booking is to Midnight only bar closes at 11.30pm. Later licence can be requested

Subject to the weather conditions and conditions of the pitch are the time of the event, we may be able to offer access to the pitch.
Shower facilities required?*
Shower facilities may be made available for fitness classes. Whilst there are two changing rooms, at present there are only one set of showers, so only one gender may use them at any one time.

Please provide brief details of your proposed event/use of the clubhouse or grounds. Please note: Any booking made is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation letter from the VRFC Secretary, until then your booking is only provisional. We will make every effort to confirm the booking ASAP. If you no longer require the booking or wish to cancel, you MUST put this in writing to the club secretary.
