Your favourite UK rugby club?
My favourite players are Manu Tuilagi and Anthony Watson. Those guys are really special players and I try to make my game up with a mixture of both their play styles
Why do you play rugby?
I play rugby because I like to keep myself active, and I love watching rugby. It’s a great game, plus my brother plays for Vectis and my dad did play for ventnor
Who do you love/did you love playing with at Ventnor RFC?
I played with Dom Marsh and Louis Malkin at colts and now playing with them on the pitch at ventnor is really special, considering all our fathers played together as well
Most memorable club moment on the pitch and why?
Scoring twice against Southampton on my first team debut was special, but also just making a full 80 minutes without an injury against Andover away!
What’s your most embarrassing moment in rugby?
Probably getting tackled and my shorts being pulled off
Least memorable moment at the club (on or off the pitch) and why?
Dislocating my shoulder against Sandown and Shanklin RFC
What the club would you most you like to be stuck in traffic with and why?
Rosco, being the club comedian, he would make the time fly by
What’s the funniest thing you’ve seen or heard on the pitch?
Deano picking up one of the new players and putting him into position by the ruck only to get ran over by a prop and concede a try
What’s your favourite drink?
Listening to Teague talk about science
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can speak fluent mumble
What do you do away from rugby?
Gym and Fever
What would you like to achieve outside of rugby?
Own a Bentley or Rolls Royce
Why you play/ed for Ventnor RFC?
My dad, Kev Wheeler, played for Ventnor in the back row, during the 90s and it was play for Ventnor or don’t play at all!

What are your goals in rugby at Ventnor RFC?
Stay fit for a whole season (which I am yet to do) and play at a good standard
