The 2nds also have a game – a friendly against the Isle of Wight RFC 2nds/vets. As yet, we’re not sure if this game is to be played at Watcombe or Wootton. It all depends on whether the coaches and our grounds manager – James Blake – deem the pitch capable of withstanding two games. Watch this space.
