Ventnor RFC is on the lookout for passionate, committed individual to take on the vital role of Head Coach as we build toward a strong, competitive new season (2025-26).
Head Coach at Ventnor RFC
Are you an experienced, motivated rugby coach ready to make your mark?
We’re looking for a Head Coach to lead both our 1st and 2nd teams, delivering high-quality training sessions and bringing tactical expertise to every match.
What’s involved:
- Training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday evening
- Matches every Saturday, home and away
- Collaboration with physio and support staff to ensure player welfare
- Leading structured, motivating sessions and building a winning team culture
What we’re looking for:
- RFU Level 2 (or higher) coaching qualification
- Club-level coaching or management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
