SQUAD, SKILLS, TACTICAL PLAY TRAINING

Winter rugby training (as of 29 October 2024) at: Lake Farm Equestrian Centre, Chequers Inn Road, Rookley, Ventnor, PO38 3NZ
Thursdays training will centre around squad training, skills and tactical play.
All welcome, new and old. No experience needed – just a willing attitude to learn and get stuck in.
Subsequently, training will then take place every Thursday – 18:30 til 20:00.
